5 films that get you so hot under the collar you won't make it to the end

50 Shades put erotic films on the map however there are so many more you can get hot and bothered with while cinemas are still off-limits.

Remember when Mr Grey took to the big screen in 2015 and it was claimed some theatres were going to use plastic sheeting on their chairs to protect... well for these movies the same applies.

It made many men and women worldwide realise how a fictional character and a storyline in a film can create an image in your mind that would make you want to publicly get overexcited.

And therefore, a new genre took over the market and we are not complaining at all!

Here are five smoking hot films you can watch by yourself for some fun or to perhaps reenact with your partner.

A good film for anyone who sees sex as something more to have fun with and anyone who may want to find a way out of the friend zone.

FWB is about a young man and woman who decide to take their friendship to the next level without becoming a couple but soon discover that adding sex only leads to complications.

For the most part, it scraps all the romance and focuses on sex and the simplicity of it being like "a game of tennis".

Spoiler alert... however, this is short-lived when the two main characters end up falling for one another - proving once again that friends with benefits do not always work if feelings get involved.

But hey, it's fun while it lasts!

There is something really sexy about an intense and complicated love story and this really delivers if you're more into the romantic side of sex.

The Lucky One is about a Marine who travels to Louisiana after serving three tours in Iraq and searches for the unknown woman he believes was his good luck charm during the war.

With a shower scene that makes you wet in more ways than one, it will certainly deliver.

This is assisted by the fact that the lead is played by none other than every school girl of the 2000’s crush, Zac Efron who is simply stunning!

Let’s not forget this old classic even if it is rather tame compared to how real BDSM is and portrayed it in a slightly odd way.

Saying this, it was the film that sparked the sexual minds of a whole generation and paved the way for many to explore their kinks.

Released back in 2015, it follows the tale of literature student Anastasia Steele's life changes forever when she meets handsome, yet tormented, billionaire Christian Grey.

Although it is now pretty mainstream it still manages to make 90% of the population feel some type of way - that being horny!

The exploration of BDSM in a sex dungeon with an extremely wealthy and hunky man is a narrative that most people can get behind despite it being cheesy and awkward at points.

There is something about this film that even the thought of it gets us hot under the collar.

Based on the novel by Anna Todd, the film is about a young woman who falls for a guy with a dark secret and the two embark on a rocky relationship.

The film is predictable and often cliche but there is something about the battle between what the head wants, what the heart wants and what the body wants that make you want to watch it again and again...

If half-naked men dancing around with a vaguely intriguing storyline is your thing then this is the movie for you.

By day, Mike (Channing Tatum) makes ends meet any way he can -- handyman jobs, detailing cars or designing furniture. But nighttime is when Mike really gets to display his many talents: He's the hot headliner in an all-male revue.

Not only will you witness the gorgeous Channing Tatum dancing half-naked (and if that doesn’t get you in the mood, we don’t know what will) but we are certain at least one set of abs in this film that will tickle your fancy.

It also confirms that dancing is one of the sexiest art forms and any man that his moves on the dance floor are likely to be able to shake and shimmy all night long in the bedroom!
